5.Character：colorless, odorless, slightly basic, salty substance. Relative density is 2.17 g/cm3, stabilizing in air。It is soluble in water，and presents weak alkalinity. The water solution of potassium bicarbonate and magnesium salt deposit no basic salt. Difficult to dissolve in ethanol. Decomposing when 100℃, and totally decompose in 200℃, losing carbon dioxide and water, and being potassium carbonate.
6.Usage：It is used as alkalinity, swelling agent, nutrition supplement, excipient and PH regulator.
7.Packing：It is packed with plastic bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag or a kraft bag as the outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8.Storage and Transport: It should be stored in a dry and ventilating warehouse.
