6.       各执行机构采用伺服电机与机械传动相结合，包装袋成成形滚切过程中通过PLC控制，能使各执行机构能精确自动同步定位。

7.       双膜卷自动送膜并调有走膜恒力张紧机构。为保证包装袋形平整美观，根据不同膜卷伸缩率不同的特点，特增设了走膜定值插补功能。本机还具有自动计数功能。

8.       整机采用PLC控制，性能可能，操作方便，自动控制程度高。

9.       对包材适应性强，本机温度具有自动控制功能，具控制精度高（±1℃左右）。可适应国内外生产的多种包装薄膜，如PET/AL/PE, PET/PE, NY/ALPE, NY/PE等。
