用途 Application 

螺带混合机一般用于粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒体的混合以及粉粒体中添加液体及糊状物料的混合，同时由于粘性物料清洗困难的特点，适用于产量大、不经常更换品种的场合混合。卧式螺带混合机广泛适用于化工、医药、复合肥、染料、颜料、橡胶、建材、食品、奶粉、、饲料、添加剂、养殖业、生物工程、精细化工、陶瓷、耐火材料、稀土、塑料玻璃以及新材料、核能材料等行业的固－固（即粉体与粉体）、固－浆（即粉体与浆体）的物料混合。

III．工作原理 Working principle 

该机型由容器、螺旋搅拌叶片和传动部件组成：螺旋叶片一般做成双层或

三层，外层螺旋将物料从两侧向中央汇集，内层螺旋将物料从中央两侧输送，形成对流混合。 

The mixer consists of container, helix mixing blade and transmission parts. The helix blade is usually designed into double layer or three layers. The outer ribbon will make the material from both sides gather in the center while the inner ribbon will make the material from the center feed in the sides. This can form counter current mixing.
