洗瓶机、对夹式洗瓶机

传动全程为夹瓶口，方便不同瓶型的切换

　• 可根据要求进行多道清洗

　• 无瓶不冲洗

　• 如果水压降低，安全系统会使机器停止运转

　• 如果机器停止运转，洗瓶机进瓶处会有一个电磁阀阻止瓶子继续进入

　• 冲瓶机夹头带有快速插头，由食品级橡胶制成，一个带开口的收集器，装在转台的中心，收集冲洗液，表面为玻璃钢或者不锈钢涂层，防止清洗液喷射到外面

• Nip bottleneck is used in the whole transmission for easy switch of different bottle.

• It shall be multi-channel cleaned as required.

• It shall not be cleaned without bottle.

• The machine shall be stopped by safety system if the water pressure is lowered.

• A solenoid pilot actuated valve at bottle inlet of bottle washer shall prevent the bottle from entering if the machine stops.

• A rapid plug made of food-grade rubber is fitted on chuck of bottler washer. A collector with opening is installed in the center of rotating floor for collecting washing liquid, which surface is coated with glass fibre reinforced plastic or stainless steel to prevent washing liquid from spurting outside.
