组织胞浆菌病是一种传染性很强的真菌病。常由呼吸道传染，先侵犯肺，再波及其它单核巨噬系统如肝、脾，也可侵犯肾、中枢神经系统及其它脏器。此病世界各地均有传播，我国自1955年首先在广州发现1例，其后又陆续在常州、北京、南京等地发现数例。1990年我们曾发现国内首例duboisii变种感染者。。
